"(yes polish) just say you got his number from John Roberts, get him to look at the space and then give you a quote ask what it includes as generally just includes workmen and not paint ect. He did my down stairs toilet including tiling for £300 and took him a whole weekend. He's very good and honest but can't write English so quotes are a bit of a problem."
